History of Bul Go Gi

Bulgogi is believed to have originated during the Goguryeo era when it was originally called maekjeok, with the beef being grilled on a skewer. It was called neobiani, meaning ” thinly spread ” meat, in the Joseon Dynasty and was traditionally prepared especially for the king.

Bulgogi is made from thin slices of beef. The meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and other ingredients such as scallions, or mushrooms. Before cooking, the meat is marinated to enhance its flavor and tenderness.

How to Install a Water Cooler

Point-Of-Use Dispenser

Installing your own Water Cooler is pretty simple and easy and most users can easily accomplish this task on their own.

All you need to do is follow the installation instructions mentioned in the manual and make sure you don’t skip any step.

Installing a Point-Of-Use Dispenser

Although it is advisable to call a plumber to install a Point-Of-Use water dispenser at home, it doesn’t mean that you can’t try to install your own water dispenser.

Just follow these steps carefully and you will be good to go.

  1. The first step requires you to place your water cooler on a level surface which is 4 inches above the ground and provides proper ventilation and temperature to your water cooler unit. This is required as the water cooler needs to be cleaned before it is installed in a place.
  2. Now, carefully clean and wipe down the cooling tank, faucets, baffles, etc. Make sure that the whole water cooler is cleaned from inside out and there is no dirt or grime lying around.
  3. Once you have cleaned the water cooler, you can use the manufacturer’s instructions to install the filter. This is an optional step so no need to sweat.
  4. Now, you need to locate the blue tube and then connect it to the cold water supply line at the back of your water cooler.
  5. Once this is done, you can turn on the water supply and plug in your water cooler power cord into a working outlet.
  6. If your water cooler includes a hot and cold water feature, then turn off the hot water feature for the time being. Let the water reservoir get filled with water for some time.
  7. Once the water reservoir is full, check for any leaks or damages. Turn on all the faucets and make sure that the water flows consistently through the faucets.
  8. Now, you can turn on the hot water by pressing the switch towards the ‘Reset’ position.

Installing a Bottled Water Cooler

A Bottled Water Cooler is comparatively quite easy and quick to install and doesn’t require the help of a plumber at all. You can install this water cooler in just 30 minutes without the help of anyone.

Just follow these steps and install your water cooler in no time at all:

  1. You need to first place your water cooler on a level surface which is 4 inches above the ground and provides proper ventilation to the water cooler unit.
  2. Then you need to remove the tamper seal from the top of bottle cap but don’t touch the plastic cap at all.
  3. Now, you need to clean the bottle top and neck with warm soapy water and then use a clean cloth to dry it.
  4. Now, lift a water bottle and insert it into the probe and apply pressure onto the bottle until the plug inside the cap pushes inside the bottle. You will see that the water flows freely into the reservoir.
  5. Finally, just plug the unit into a wall outlet and check if your water cooler is working or not.

How To Plan A Perfect BBQ Party

BBQ Party

If you want to plan a nice, memorable party for the 4th of July, your birthday or a reception, you should try a barbecue. You will offer your guests memories that will stick with them for many years to come. Off course, you don’t get to have the perfect BBQ party without planning, so if you follow the next few steps, you can’t go wrong.

1) First of all, if you want to have a party, you need guests. Start planning on time, so your guests can put your party on their schedule. It’s easier to find a date and time that suits everyone if you give enough advanced notice. And please remember, even with enough advanced notice, not everyone will be able to come so don’t be discouraged if there are fewer guests than you hoped for.

2) Check the weather for the time of year. In some places, it’s best to have a backup plan for unusual weather. It’s impossible to predict things like rain ahead of time but if you plan your barbecue during the time of year that it is more likely to be a nice weather you have less chance of needing to cancel your party.

3) When you purchase the meat for your party, keep in mind that not everyone attending may like a certain kind of meat. If you plan for pork, sausage, hamburgers, and chicken, you can’t go wrong. If there are smaller children at the party, consider some child-friendly foods like hot dogs.

4) When you know what kind of meat you are going to serve, you can plan for the side dishes. If you want a traditional barbecue you should include potatoes, potato salad, baked beans, and coleslaw. For a traditional condiment bar, you should choose pickles, relish, and onions. The plus for these kinds of foods is that they are easy to prepare and store. You can choose to have other dishes, but no barbecue is complete without these items.

5) If you are having a theme party you can choose to purchase decorations. These can be found at any local party or general store. If you choose to have decorations, consider buying decorations that can be reused at a different party.

6) The day before you should make sure you thaw, prepare and marinate the meat. Put the meat in the refrigerator with the marinade until it’s time to put it on the grill. Try to prepare as many side dishes as you can ahead of time.

7) The day of the party, you should try to get up early and start preparing. That way you will be done when your guests arrive. Try to have your grill started when your guests arrive because the smell of the grill will bring everyone in the mood for a nice barbecue.

By following these 7 easy steps, you can’t go wrong with your barbecue party. Start planning and enjoy the company of your friends and family on your next BBQ.

We Just got a Commercial Espresso Machine and here’s what we think about it..

Founded nearly 60 years ago – in 1957 – Bunn-o-Matic Corporation that manufactures the now famous Bunn coffeemakers is based out of Springfield, Illinois. It was set up by George Bunn and was a primarily family-run entrepreneurship aimed at serving commercial establishments. The drip brew coffee maker which is now a very common appliance was introduced by Bunn-o-Matic Corporation in 1963.

Later on, in around 1972, the company forayed into the domestic market with coffee makers for use at home by families. Since then, there was no looking back for the corporation that is now synonymous with reliability and quality in the field of beverage dispensers.

Like all successful business enterprises, Bunn has progressed with the times. Today, its product lineup includes a vast variety of coffee makers for both industrial and domestic consumers.  The portfolio spans across single cup brewers to industrial dispensers that make over 10 cups of coffee at one go. Besides, they also have coffee bean grinders; special machines for dispensing beverages like iced tea, lemonade, hot chocolates and cappuccinos; gourmet ice making machines; and a line of specialty coffee makers under the Velocity range that produce the perfect cuppa even at high altitudes.

In keeping with its brand promise – A Partner You Can Count On – Bunn with its core values of integrity, honesty and courtesy coupled with its extraordinary customer support and after-sales service has gone on to cultivate a very loyal consumer base across the world.

Being a brand that had entered the market of beverage dispensing machines with the intention of catering to commercial consumers, Bunn is ahead of its competitors by leaps and bounds in this particular segment. With a broad range of commercial coffee makers whose specifications have been fine-tuned over the past six decades, it goes without saying that the brand has a lot to offer to its customers. Some of the parameters Bunn scores heavily on are –

Catering to large numbers: The brand takes into account the fact that machines for industrial use have to be prompt and be able to cater to multiple people at once. Hence its commercial machines are equipped with multiple plate warmers. F

for example, Bunn’s VPS range of commercial coffee makers has three separate warmers while the VP17-2 can produce 3.8 gallons of coffee every hour ensuring an inexhaustible supply of the beverage throughout the day.

Material quality: The machines live up to the Bunn commitment and are built only out of top-notch materials. Most of the commercial appliances are fashioned out of stainless steel or other similarly sturdy components and are equipped with special splash guard funnels that keep the hot liquids at a safe distance away from the user, thus cutting down on chances of accidental burns.

Prompt performance: Machines from the VPR range and the more advanced VPR-APS line start working the moment you pour in cold water thus cutting down on preparation time.

Ease of maintenance: With most commercial Bunn coffee makers being carved out of stainless steel, it is easy to clean the devices and keep them in top-notch condition. The smooth metallic surface of models like the BUNN 13300.0004 VP17-3SS2U prevents dirt and residue from sticking.

Although the steel surface is slightly more susceptible to nicks and scratches than other durable materials, a little bit of careful handling can easily do away with that problem and ensure that your machine runs without a hitch for years to come.
